Main Responsibilities:
- Providing documentation services to departments and staff based on available policy, procedures and template and maintaining their tracking records for the department on a regular basis.
- Collecting and processing relevant documentation based on the reports and inquiries form all departments.
- Assisting all staff members to clarify and document due benefits and payments.
- Supporting local staff recruit and overseeing employee background and credential checking processes leading up to contracting.
- Rugarly updating employee movement reports and NSSF registries per ministerial requirements.
- Conducting employee orientation, information sharing and other professional development activities per department plans.
- Maintaining accurate registry and data in the system based on existing documentations.
- Representing FIS in front of the Ministry of Labor and employees’ stakeholders in their regular interaction and assignments.
Desired Requirements
- Cambodian national
- Bachelor Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Law or other related field.
- Solid experience in HR Management, particularly HR documentation, budgeting, payroll and Ministerial Documentation, Submission and Reporting.
- Strong ICT literacy, particularly on the use of Google platforms and other HR systems.
- Ability to communicate professionally in English in both writing and speaking.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good knowledge of labor law, general work ethics and code of conduct for employees.
- Demonstrated professionalism and positive demeanor
- Knowledge in Child Protection is a plus
